On July 16th, Feihongda's 6th "Key Accounts Strategy" Monthly Book Sharing Session was held as scheduled. To enrich the company's corporate culture, Feihongda initiated the book sharing sessions with the aim of knowledge dissemination and exchange. The goal is to allow participants to share the key content, viewpoints, and insights from the books they have read, enabling others to access more knowledge and information and broaden their horizons.
At the same time, it can spark interest in reading. Through lively and engaging sharing from others, it encourages those who were previously uninterested in certain books to develop a desire to read, helping to cultivate a broader reading habit.

The 6th Book Sharing Session focused mainly on reflections and insights from the book "Key Accounts Strategy."
Key Accounts Strategy revolves around the concept of key accounts and combines personal experience to explain that key accounts are a lever for performance growth and a breakthrough point for achieving higher performance. If a company does not manage and develop key accounts effectively, it will be difficult to achieve breakthrough growth.
Rooted in the author's 26 years of experience, especially the author's more than 10 years of practical experience in managing marketing teams in many large companies such as ZTO Express and SF Express, the book takes the three major business problems of not being able to attract, expand and retain large customers as the starting point, and builds a set of eight modules from pre-sales preparation to in-sales development, and then to after-sales service. The key customer development management system aims to guide enterprises to achieve locked-in development and binding management of large customers, thereby achieving breakthrough growth in performance.
This book sharing session follows the usual methods and approaches of previous sessions. The team improvement plan is the beginning of the sharing session. For an improvement requirement proposed in the plan last month, we will analyze and discuss each item in a targeted manner, and strive to do better.
Improve the shortcomings of the work, make the work more handy, and maximize the work efficiency. Other groups ask questions to the team members based on the problems encountered in the work, and the team members answer the
questions and solve the doubts. This method can not only maximize the solution of the problem, but also reduce unnecessary detours in the work.
The most effective is a sharing between groups, where members share their learning experience, reflection, improvement, etc. Groups learn from each other's methods, learn more efficient methods, share what they have learned, and
encourage each other to be radical.
