2、Different curing processes
At room temperature, the sealing adhesive can be cured at room temperature or at a temperature of 30-60 ℃ to accelerate the reaction rate and shorten the reaction time. The reaction rate of heat cured sealant at room temperature is very slow and cannot reach the normal strength level. It is necessary to heat cure the system. Generally, depending on the formula, the curing temperature must be between 90-150 ℃ for 2-6 hours of curing and post curing to achieve the appropriate electrical and mechanical strength.
3、 Different heat resistance
The heat resistance range of the room temperature vulcanization system is relatively large. Generally, the heat resistance temperature of the sealing adhesive is around 80 ℃, and the heat resistance of special sealing adhesives can reach over 100 ℃. The heat resistance temperature of heat cured sealant is generally higher than that of room temperature curing systems, but there are exceptions. Polyurethane sealant is a sealant between epoxy resin sealant and silicone resin sealant, and its high temperature resistance is not outstanding. On the contrary, its low temperature resistance is better.
