Single component thermal conductive silicone grease is a single component electronic thermal conductive silicone grease made of room temperature dry cured silicone rubber, high-quality thermal conductive materials, fillers and other polymer materials. After vulcanization to form high-performance elastic materials, they condense with water in the air, releasing small molecules of oligomers. After complete drying, they have excellent resistance to high and low temperature changes and will not reduce heat dissipation due to contact gaps after component fixation.

Two component thermal conductive silicone grease:

Two component thermal conductive silicone grease, as a heat transfer medium for cooling electronic devices, can dry and solidify into soft elastic materials without stress on electronic devices. After drying and solidification, it closely adheres to the contact surface to reduce thermal resistance, which is more beneficial for the thermal conductivity of the heat source and its surrounding heat sinks, motherboards, metal shells, and outer shells. It has the advantages of high thermal conductivity, good insulation performance, and easy operation. The two-component of thermal conductive silicone gel can be divided into two categories: condensation and addition molding.

(1) Condensation type

Usually, A/B has a weight ratio of 10:1. The main advantages are good adhesion and relatively soft. Disadvantages: Slow drying time and poor heat transfer.

(2) Additive molding

Usually, AIB has a weight ratio of 1:1, and the higher the temperature, the faster the drying and solidification. The main advantage is that the solid is relatively soft and provides better protection for electronic devices. Disadvantage: Poor adhesion performance.

1. During dry curing, it does not absorb or release heat. After dry curing, it has a small shrinkage rate and good adhesion to the material. However, it is not easy to perform secondary repairs. Two component thermal conductive silicone grease has elasticity after dry curing and can be used to repair a certain area.

2. When operating the single component thermal conductive silicone grease, it is not necessary to prepare the ratio of silica gel and curing agent. It has been added into the silica gel. The operation process is simple, without mixing and defoaming, it only needs to extrude the tubular container, and it requires that components A and B cannot be quickly gel after mixing. Therefore, it has a long operability.

3. Single component is only suitable for small area sealing, with a thickness not exceeding 6 millimeters. Dual component is more suitable for large-area sealing operations, with low viscosity and good flowability, suitable for molding complex electronic components.
