The component materials of photovoltaic power generation systems are diverse, but each component contains several layers of materials from the light facing surface to the backlight surface. When sunlight enters, it first passes through the protective layer, usually made of glass material, and then enters the interior of the battery through the transparent contact layer. At the core of the component, semiconductor materials are responsible for absorbing photons and initiating the process of "photo induced current". Photovoltaic modules are the smallest indivisible units in photovoltaic power generation systems, assembled from multiple photovoltaic cells through packaging materials such as EVA, backsheet, glass, etc. Its main function is to directly convert sunlight into direct current energy and provide separate direct current output.

Junction box
Protect the entire power generation system and act as a current transfer station. If the component short-circuit junction box automatically disconnects the short-circuit battery string, it prevents the entire system from being burned out. The most critical factor in the junction box is the selection of diodes, which vary depending on the type of battery cells inside the component.
Silicone rubber
Sealing function, used to seal the junction between components and aluminum alloy frames, and between components and junction boxes. Some companies use double-sided tape strips and foam instead of silicone. Silicone is widely used in China, with a simple process, convenience, easy operation, and low cost.
